Uninstall the current Trend Micro program for Mac

Double-click the Trend Micro Diagnostic Toolkit.zip to unzip or extract the file.
Once unzipped, double-click the Trend Micro Diagnostic Toolkit.app to open the file.
Click Uninstall to proceed.
Copy the serial number, then tick the box I copied my serial number. Click Uninstall.
Enter your Mac credentials when asked, then click OK.
Wait until the uninstallation is complete. Click OK once the message below appears.
