Print a document in Word for Mac. Before you print, it’s a good idea to preview your document to make sure that it looks the way you want. You can also specify which pages you want to print and print on both sides of the page. You can also change the orientation for specific pages or for specific sections (if your document is divided by section breaks). Minimum Windows and macOS/Mac OS X requirements are: 2GB of RAM and a monitor with 1024x768 resolution. The Easy-PhotoPrint Editor mobile application requires an Internet connection and the Easy-PhotoPrint Editor app v1.1.0, available for free on the App Store and at Google Play.

Net-Print is currently supported for:
- macOS 10.15 (Catalina)
- macOS 10.14 (Mojave)
- macOS 10.13 (High Sierra)
Install the Net-Print Software
macOS 10.15 Catalina ONLY
- Download the Net-Print for Mac installer.
You may be asked to enter your NetID and associated password at this point. - If the file does not unpack automatically, find the package (called Net-PrintPC_OSX_6.6.dmg, usually in your Downloads folder) and double-click it.
- Open the Net-PrintPC_OSX_6.6 icon that appears on your desktop. It may open automatically.
- Right-click (or ctrl-click) , then click Open.
- In the dialog box that opens, click Open. The install wizard will start.
- Click through the wizard, accepting all default values.
When asked for your Username and Password, this is the account on your Mac, not your NetID. - You'll be prompted to allow the installer to 'control System Events.' Click OK.
When the installer finishes, a text file will open. It contains a short version of the information in our Add a Mac Print Queue article.
All versions of macOS EXCEPT 10.15 Catalina
